President and Owner of Design Air, Inc., has been cleaning commercial air duct systems since 1998. A certified ASCS (Air Systems Cleaning Specialist) in NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association), Mr. Eston was the Divisions Manager of commercial operations for two different duct cleaning companies prior to starting Design Air, Inc. His past projects include work at the University of Illinois, Northern Illinois University, Kraft Foods, Dean Foods, mental health centers, retirement homes, laboratories, office buildings, factories and hospitals. Courtney is not a hide-and-seek contractor, he personally trains each of his staff and visits every jobsite on a regular basis to check quality and progress.
Commercial buildings and facility managers understand they must maintain a clean air handling system. Public awareness of the issue, increasing litigation and growing governmental interest in the topic have led to a wider understanding of the need for air duct cleaning and HVAC systems maintenance. The challenge is to find a company that is both professional and knowledgeable enough to do the job properly, and flexible enough to schedule work so that daily procedures can continue with minimal disruption. Design Air Inc. is a competent company that can understand your needs and circumstances, document their work, and guarantee your satisfaction.
Cleaning HVAC systems is our only job. We do not do fire restoration or clean carpets, because at Design Air, Inc. we do only one job and do it right. Serving Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin, Design Air, Inc. is one of the few commercial air duct cleaning companies devoted solely to cleaning commercial systems. Design Air, Inc., is familiar with the concerns, circumstances and government regulations regarding work done in large and small businesses. We do not hire locally. We bring to each jobsite experienced crews that have worked extensively with hospitals, office building, food processors, factories, universities and other types of facilities to address problems related to indoor air quality and HVAC systems maintenance. Approximately 80% of the work that Design Air does each year is repeat business, real evidence that we know our work and what it takes to satisfy our clients. Highly regarded in the air duct cleaning field and with the National Air Duct Cleaners’ Association (NADCA) recommendations and certification as the basis of our methods, we have the knowledge, skill, equipment and professional staff required to address any indoor air quality problems you are experiencing, or to maintain your systems in a manner that will help prevent problems from occurring.
The staff at Design Air, Inc. is aware of the complex circumstances that can exist within different facilities. Because each building is different, we begin with an on-site conference and survey, which helps to establish what your needs are and how we can best address them. Please contact us so that we can answer your questions and begin helping to make your indoor air quality program a little less complex.
